Old School Summer: Torcedors & Harleys

Лятото напредва, отбелязахме нови събития а календара на Номадите.

В началото на месец юли 2026 г., за първи път един от най-старите мотоциклетни клубове, Boozefighters® MC, организира европейското си събитие в България, което премина и под знака на 80-годишнината от създаването на клуба през 1946г. Cigar Nomads^© имахме удоволствието да присъстваме на основните мероприятия.

С любезното съдействие на КАЛИМАН КАРИБЕ, по време на празненствата на Boozefighters® MC, присъства и г-жа Пинеда (Хондурас): опитен торседор, с 25 години стаж във фабриката на La Flor de Copan. Мнозина от гостите наблюдаваха уменията и да навива ръчно изработени пури, а някои се престрашиха сами да опитат да навият своя пура с нейна помощ. 

Няколко дни по-късно г-жа Пинеда продължи с демонстрация на уменията си, която се проведе в Motor City Sofia Bar, София. Приятели и членове на Cigar Nomads^© се запознаха с историята на La Flor de Copan, презентирана от представителите на КАЛИМАН КАРИБЕ.

Дни по-късно, от Cigar Nomads^© отново трябваше да напълним резервоара до горе и да се отправим към Черно Море, където на Св. Влас се проведе ежегодното събитие „Ride On“, организирано от Harley Owners Group, Sofia Chapter.

Традиционно, Ride On събира стотици собственици на Harley-Davidson® от България, Кипър, Гърция, Турция. Тази година бяха забелязани и гости от Италия и Германия. Имахме удоволствието да срещнем стари приятели, както и да направим нови запознанства.

Организаторите от HOG Sofia Chapter за пореден път поднесоха забавна програма и незабравима атмосфера съчетана с много пушек, деликатеси, напитки и Rock’n’roll. Моторите и пурите имат своя дълга история и не случайно официален Cigar Nomads^© мърч можеше да бъде забелязан сред гостите на събитието. Лятото напредва, предстоят нови предизвикателства. As the Summer moves on, we have marked new events on the Nomads' calendar.

In early July 2026, Boozefighters® MC — one of the oldest motorcycle clubs — hosted its European event in Bulgaria for the first time; the gathering also celebrated the club's 80th anniversary, dating back to its founding in 1946. Cigar Nomads© had the pleasure of attending the main events.

Courtesy of KALIMAN CARIBE, Ms. Pineda (from Honduras)—a skilled torcedor with 25 years of experience at the La Flor de Copan factory—was present during the Boozefighters® MC celebrations. Many guests watched her cigar hand-rolling skills, and some even ventured to try rolling their own cigars with her assistance.

A few days later, Ms. Pineda continued her demonstrations at the Motor City Sofia Bar in Sofia. Friends and members of Cigar Nomads© learned about the history of La Flor de Copan through a presentation given by representatives from KALIMAN CARIBE.

A few days later, we at Cigar Nomads© once again had to fill the tank to the edge and head to the Black Sea—specifically to Sveti Vlas—for the annual "Ride On" event organized by the Harley Owners Group, Sofia Chapter.

Traditionally, Ride On brings together hundreds of Harley-Davidson® owners from Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, and Turkey. This year, guests from Italy and Germany were also spotted. We had the pleasure of meeting old friends and making new acquaintances.

Once again, the organizers from the HOG Sofia Chapter delivered an entertaining program and an unforgettable atmosphere, complete with plenty of smoke, delicacies, drinks, and Rock'n'roll. Motorcycles and cigars share a long history, so it was no surprise to see official Cigar Nomads© merchandise among the event's guests. Summer is in full swing, and new challenges lie ahead.
